At AiDo Tech, we deliver high-quality AI-based solutions and services. Given our offerings are primarily digital and custom-developed, full cancellations or unconditional refunds are generally not feasible. This policy outlines applicable terms.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy covers services including:

  • AI platform subscriptions (monthly/yearly)
  • Custom AI solution development
  • Content generation (images, videos, reels, voiceovers)
  • AI tools integration
  • Software development / consultancy
  • FirstRank.ai (EdTech)
  • WhyDoctor.ai (Healthcare SaaS)
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription-Based Services
  • Monthly: Cancel anytime; effective at end of billing cycle. No partial refunds.
  • Annual: Refund only if canceled within 7 days of purchase and with minimal usage.
3.2 Custom Projects
  • After kickoff, full refunds are not available.
  • Before development: 10% processing fee applies.
  • Partial-stage cancellations: Refund based on completed milestones and used resources.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible Scenarios
  • Platform technical issues lasting over 72 hours without resolution.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges.
  • Early cancellation of annual subscriptions (within 7 days, limited usage).
4.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., UI preference).
  • Services already delivered or products generated.
  • Extensively used platform access.
  • Delays due to third-party APIs or client input delays.
5. Request Process

To initiate a cancellation/refund, email support@aidotech.in with:

  • Your full name and purchase email
  • Invoice or order ID
  • Reason for the request

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed in 7–10 days.

6. Refund Mode

Refunds will be issued via the original payment gateway. Actual credit times may vary by provider.

7. Dispute Resolution

For escalations, contact our grievance cell at legal@aidotech.in. We aim for fair resolution within 15 working days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
